In less than one year after his promotion as Technical Adviser of Bukola Babes (now ABS FC), Festus Allen has established himself amongst the best Managers in the Nigeria Premier League.
Allen's dynamic coaching style earned him recognition in the second AIT Football Awards, when he was nominated in the League Coach category.
From the AIT Football Awards, he was also named as Manager in the Team of The Week for several weeks.
Although Allen was beaten by Enyimba gaffer, Okey Emordi, he was named third best league coach in the country for his feat at Bukola Babes.
At the end of the 2010/11 season, Allen won two awards at the end of season NAIJA LEAGUE MANAGERS AWARDS.
